Cypress Ridge Ventures, LLC is proposing to develop 24 Single-Story office buildings ranging between 3,000 to 5,000 square feet. The buildings will be constructed on an approximate 9.4 acre site, located on State Road 56, in the Cypress Creek master planned development project.
